BTVS Episode 2x20 "Go Fish" Review
Rating 6/10
Went into this with super low expectations to be honest, so maybe that's why I didn't think it was that bad. Kinda reminded me of the frat guy episode though, which I hated. I really liked the twist that the guys weren't being eaten, they were turning into the monsters, other than that it was a pretty normal MOTW but just with super creepy undertones. Like Buffy almost got assaulted and it was brushed over so immediately. The one line by the coach genuinely made me consider dropping the rating, I hated that so much. However, the scene with Cordelia right after when she thought Xander had turned was so sweet and wholesome that it put it back up for me. Other than that, I don't really have much else to say about it, I don't think the coach was that interesting as a villain, but the ending was funny.
Out of context notes: "the original performative male" "WHOLESOME CORDELIA"
